Intuit–OpenAI साझेदारी, Microsoft का नया Agent Console, और Google का अपग्रेडेड Gemini संस्करण

1️⃣ Microsoft launches Agent 365 — a central hub to manage AI agents

Microsoft has introduced Agent 365, a unified dashboard that lets companies oversee all their AI agents in one place—similar to how HR systems manage employees.
The platform improves visibility, governance, access control, and integration across systems. It works with Microsoft Defender, Entra, Purview, and supports both Microsoft Copilot and third-party agents like Adobe, ServiceNow, and Workday.

Why it matters for small businesses:
If you’re building your own AI agents, Agent 365 will eventually become your main control center. As AI agents multiply, businesses will need a single place to manage them, and this tool fills that gap.

2️⃣ Google launches Gemini 3 — its most advanced AI model yet

Google rolled out Gemini 3, a powerful next-generation AI model with advanced reasoning, multimodal skills, and agentic capabilities.
It’s being integrated across Google tools including Search, Gemini app, AI Studio, Vertex AI, and a new development platform called Google Antigravity.

Why it matters for small businesses:
Gemini 3 is mainly a developer-focused upgrade. Its new abilities—like “learn anything” with a 1M-token context window, “build anything” with agentic coding, and “plan anything” for complex workflows—will matter once developers build real tools for businesses.

3️⃣ Intuit & OpenAI strike a $100M deal — TurboTax + QuickBooks inside ChatGPT

Intuit has partnered with OpenAI in a $100 million deal to bring TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp directly into ChatGPT.
Users will be able to manage taxes, accounting, finances, and marketing simply by talking to ChatGPT—marking one of the biggest enterprise AI integrations to date.

Why it matters for small businesses:
ChatGPT can already connect with apps like Slack, Gmail, Outlook, and Dropbox. Now it can handle accounting and tax tasks, too.
Through permissions, ChatGPT can access your Intuit data to help prepare taxes, guide financial decisions, and simplify business operations via natural conversation.

4️⃣ Yelp’s 2025 AI upgrades boost SMB traffic by 25%

Yelp has introduced new AI-driven tools designed to help small businesses improve their visibility in local search.
The platform now automatically updates business profiles using real-time data and seasonal trends. Geo-targeted tools boost discoverability, and AI-based messaging helps respond quickly with personalized replies.

5️⃣ Teams will notify managers automatically when employees leave the office

Starting December 2025, Microsoft Teams will use workplace Wi-Fi to detect whether employees are in or out of the office and update status automatically.
The feature is off by default — company admins must enable it, and employees must opt in. It may help managers track in-person presence but also raises concerns about privacy and employee trust.
